Pronto is a unified solution for RNs, LPNs, and allied health professionals who are looking for travel jobs. Powered by Trusted Nurse Staffing, Pronto makes it easy to find great opportunities without a recruiter. The Pronto experience empowers travelers to take control of their careers allowing them to find jobs, compare pay and get to work.
Start by creating an account with Pronto. You’ll add your personal and career details to this section. After you’ve created your profile you can begin your job search, using pay and location filters to narrow your results. Once you’ve found a job that you’re ready to apply to, you’ll need to upload some basic documents as part of your application. Track your application status in the MY JOBS feature.
You will need a copy of your resume, your professional license or NURSYS, two references, a related skills checklist, and your BLS (depending on specialty). You may also be asked to provide a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination status depending on the facility you apply to and their requirements.
A member of the Pronto team will be in touch if any additional items are needed to be submitted to a facility. If no additional items are needed your application will be sent to the facility and the MY JOBS feature in your profile will be updated. You can track the status of your application in this portal. If your application was accepted, a member of the Pronto team will reach out to you via phone and email to help you get a phone interview set up with the facility. You will be notified if your application was rejected through the My Jobs portal.
Once you are hired to a position with a facility a member of the Pronto Support team will be in touch with you to go over onboarding requirements. You will need to complete your Pronto profile by uploading your immunization history, physical exam, additional certifications, and completing exams.
If you do not have a document that is required (for example, a physical exam) a member of our compliance team can assist you with getting that set up. You will just need to click on the request a service button in the portal.
Absolutely! Your privacy and security are of top concern to us. Your information will not be sold and will only be utilized to help you apply to the facilities of your choosing.
The industry standard is 2 years, but if you’re not quite there yet don’t be afraid to reach out to us. We may be able to match you with a facility that has a lesser requirement.
Although you’re hired on a contract at a specific facility, they will not be your employer. Pronto is managed by the experienced professionals at Trusted Nurse Staffing. Your paycheck and W-2s will state Trusted Nurse Staffing, LLC.
You will be assigned a Pronto Concierge, who will be in touch during your assignment. They will be able to answer any questions you may have and can help you get extended once the time comes.
